    Learn more at About the RoleAs a Digital Product Manager at Alight, you'll define business requirements and communicate them to stakeholders. You'll gather user requirements, analyze information needs, and collaborate with users to define concepts, playing a crucial role in our strategy realization.ResponsibilitiesDriving the realization of the company's strategy by defining and communicating clear business requirements to project stakeholders.
    Conducting stakeholder interviews, researching business solutions, and ensuring operational efficiencies and profit opportunities.
    Gathering user requirements, analyzing information needs, and collaborating with users to define concepts.
    Educating business partners on solution functionality, participating in user acceptance testing, and proactively identifying project risks.
    Serving as a liaison between business and technical teams, supporting technology requests for client implementation, and complying with company IT policies.
    Effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences and working well in high-pressure environments.
    Having project management experience and proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and SQL query language.Requirements
    A minimum of 3 years of business delivery experience with 1+ year of collaborative work with product and design teams in Agile or Scaled Agile frameworks.
    Possess practical experience with payroll corrections processes (advantageous).

    Salary Pay Range

    Minimum :

    72,200 USD

    Maximum :

    114,500 USD
