    We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Planet Hollywood LV. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including training, scheduling, and staff development.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
    • Monitor and control expenses, develop reports, and analyze data to optimize operational efficiency.
    • Coaching and developing team members to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
    • Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and receiving processes to minimize waste and maximize profit margins.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances.
    • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other hospitality technology platforms.
