We're looking for an enthusiastic Self Storage Manager to join the Crown Self Storage team full-time in North Las Vegas.

You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience when they come to our facility. You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and work to improve customer service. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will help you succeed in this role.

From providing excellent customer service to helping manage daily operations, this is an opportunity to combine your management skills and work to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Sales, occupancy, and delinquency management of the facility
• Keeping the facility rented by utilizing advertising, promotional, and customer relation skills as approved by the corporate office
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer problems and handling all telephone and walk-in inquiries
• Show, rent, and clean storage units and sell and maintain inventory of moving and packing material
• Keep all required files in order as directed by corporate
• Clean grounds, halls, and vacant spaces as needed. Clean office and restrooms daily
• Maintain a neat, clean, safe, and secure facility, including minor maintenance and daily lock checks, as well as a visual inspection daily. Supervision and oversite of all outside contractors that work onsite
• Office management, balancing petty cash, making bank deposits, and preparing reports as needed by corporate
• Effectively and positively communicate with corporate and fellow employees

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Property management experience
• US work authorization
• Background check
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
