    Job DescriptionSalary: up to $87-95

    We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to maintain, support and enhance the current web-based technology solutions and in-house client-server implementations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the planning and implementation of projects related to the Office of Enforcement and Neighborhood Services (ENS) and coordinate with other tech units.
    • Ensure requirements are translated into technology tasks.
    • Manage resources and schedule for project/program implementation related to ENS mandates.
    • Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
    • Direct and oversee project engineering team and manage conflicts within group.
    • Perform team assessments and evaluations.
    • Identify and solve project issues by engaging stakeholders.
    • Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
    • Design and maintain technical and project documentation.
    • Collaboratively works with HPD Tech technical managers to assemble and coordinate staff dedicated to projects
    • Assists HPD Tech senior management in the evaluation of project management tools, the assessment of project management reporting approaches and standards

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • 8+ years of project management experience overseeing medium to large scale projects.
    • PMP or CSM Certified preferred.
    • Familiarity with Oracle database architecture and design
    • Familiarity with Client-Server, Web architecture, and software development
    • Familiarity with .NET framework/environment, PowerBuilder, Java
    • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, Microsoft Reporting Services, Jira, Confluence
    • Should possess traits, such as flexibility, assertiveness, approachability, and foresight. Being able to handle stressful situations, to delegate tasks and to bring together the ideas of team members are also crucial.
