    **A day in the life of**

    Manage new business contract process;

    Data entry of new customer contracts and order processing;

    Assist SR Sales Operations Specialist with Supply Chain in regards to stock transfers and inventory control;

    Machine stop and swap- Orders and special order;

    Delivery and rush delivery Special requests for SF (Free goods, events, escalations, etc);

    Manage blocked account;

    Create transport form for large order (SC);

    Daily communication of customer related operations with Sales and Service Partners (SSPs), Sales Partners and Regional Business Managers;

    Provide Monthly/weekly productivity reporting & database administration to B2B Director and sales team;

    Coordinate with technical service coordinators the process to ensure service and or swaps are provided to the customer;

    Execute the control process for the defined controls and identify gaps and possible trends;

    Contribute ideas for corrective action in order to improve processes by making practical and value-added recommendations;

    Point of contact for escalations for B2B for the CRC.

    **What will make you successful**

    **Education and Experience**

    College diploma or equivalent experience;

    Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales operations and customer service experience;

    **Skills**

    Strong interest in our products and in coffee in particular;

    Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing business priorities;

    Attention to detail and solution oriented;

    Pro-active, always searching for a more effective and efficient way to do things;

    Good organization and communication skills;

    Reporting accuracy;

    Knowledge of the business of Key account customers;

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

    Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
