- Manage all aspects of management side employment law, from litigation to counseling
- Represent employers in DOL audits and wage/hour matters
- Cultivate positive relationships with co-workers, clients, and opposing counsel
- Work independently on cases, preserving our team culture
- Minimum five years of labor and employment experience, spanning litigation and counseling
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational prowess, and time management
- Self-motivated and able to thrive independently
- Florida Bar license required
