    About this role: Evaluate analyze and coordinate all aspects of the credentialing and privileging processes for FQHC providers within Adult and Child Health. Serve as the technical point of contact for vendors and other supportive professionals in relation to credentialing and privileging. Review and screen initial and reappointment applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with HRSA and Joint Commission policies and standards.


    The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana and the office location will be Greenwood/Indianapolis area. Monday - Friday core hours.


    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Process Credentialing Applications
    • Process Privileging and Re-privileging Applications
    • HRIS File Review (Paylocity)
    • Clinical Licensure DEA, and Board Certification Auditing and Monitoring
    • Conduct primary source verification, collect and validate documents to ensure accuracy of all credentialing elements; assess completeness of information and qualifications relative to credentialing standards.
    • Prepare, issue, electronically track and follows-up on appropriate verifications for efficient, high-volume processing of individual applications in accordance with applicable credentialing standards, established procedural guidelines, and strict timelines.
    Requirements:
    • High school diploma
    • Minimum 3 years experience
    • Privileging & Credentialing Certification preferred
