    About the Role

    As a Registered Nurse you will impact the lives of our residents through providing professional nursing care.

    What You'll Do

    As a member of our team you will have an impact on our clients through accomplishment of the following responsibilities:


    • Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing care regulations.
    • Plan, organize, and lead nursing personnel in providing quality care.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to execute elder care policies.
    • Develop and train staff with a customer-focused approach.
    • Conduct rounds for assessment, care completion, and evaluation.
    • Supervise, evaluate, and provide direction to direct reports.
    • Support professional growth and communicate goals and objectives.
    • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to confidentiality.
    • Mentor and guide C.N.A. to foster a team environment.
    • Work cooperatively with therapists to ensure quality care.
    • Administer prescribed treatments, including injections and testing.
    • Ensure adherence to individual service plans and provide necessary care.
    • Assist C.N.A. with elder care and household tasks as needed.
    • Record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation.
    What You'll Bring to the Team

    To be successful in this role and a great addition to our team we need you to come with the following:


    • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
    • Must have a current licensure by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
    • Experience in supervisory or leadership capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility, and/or geriatric nursing preferred.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Empathy, patience, and compassion in caring for older adults.
    • Proficient computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
    • Requires ability to maintain confidentiality.
