    We are currently seeking a dynamic individual with high energy levels, a genuine desire to assist others, and a determination to excel in their role to join our team as Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome members, potential members, and guests with top-notch customer service.
    • Manage front desk tasks such as:
      • Answering calls in a friendly manner and addressing inquiries.
      • Checking members into the system.
      • Assisting with new member registrations.
      • Conducting tours for potential members.
    • Update member accounts as necessary.
    • Address member inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate manager when required.
    • Contribute to maintaining the club's cleanliness and organization.
    • Conclude daily operations and handle banking responsibilities.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior background in customer service preferred.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Passion for fitness and well-being.
    • Upbeat and positive demeanor.
    • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
    • Outstanding customer service abilities, exceeding member expectations.
    • Effective listening skills with a talent for problem-solving.
    • Display diplomacy and use appropriate language in all interactions.
    • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
    • Minimum age requirement of 18.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Continuous standing and walking during shifts.
    • Regular verbal communication in person or over the phone.
    • Ability to work overnight shifts (3rd shift).
    • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs may be necessary.
    • Exposure to hazardous substances may occur intermittently.
