This is a role within Chamberlain Group's Sales Operations function. This individual will be responsible for driving data-driven insights and optimizing our Partner Portal's performance.
Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that improve the user experience, conversion rates, and financial objectives including incremental revenue on the Partner Portal.
Education requirements include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related field; Experience requirements include: 6+ years of experience in web analytics, preferably in an ecommerce.
Job Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret web data using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms; provide actionable insights to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall performance
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, traffic, conversion funnels, and revenue; develop regular reports and dashboards for leadership
Collaborate with Sr. Product Manager, Operations Manager and Sr. Designer to set up A/B tests and multivariate experiments; evaluate test results and recommend optimizations
Work closely with digital marketing teams to improve search engine functionality
Align analytics efforts to business goals by cross-functional collaboration with IT, marketing, and Partner Portal product team
Understand user behavior patterns, including navigation paths, drop-off points and conversion bottlenecks; identify opportunities for optimization
Manage website tags and tracking pixels; ensure accurate data collection and troubleshoot any tracking issues
Segment users based on partner type, role, behavior, and other relevant criteria; customize marketing efforts and content accordingly
Monitor competitor websites and benchmark our performance against industry standards
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulars in data collection and reporting
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members
Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies
Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications
Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CG mission, vision and values.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related field
6+ years of experience in web analytics, preferably in an ecommerce
Strong written, presentation, and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision making, recommend and develop solutions
Hands-on experience in customer behavior analysis with the ability to drive insights and trends in a marketing and/or product management environment
Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent), testing and targeting tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely etc.), app attribution tool (Kochava or equivalent), data & analytics tools such as SQL, R, SAS, Tableau, Oracle BI, Qlik, Power BI
Strong project and time management skills; proven ability to manage multiple and competing task/priorities with minimal supervision
Ability to effectively influence cross functional teams
Ability to travel 15% - domestically and internationally
Masters/MBA in data science, analytics or related field preferred
Experience with digital marketing principles such as testing and optimization of UX, SEO, and CRO preferred
Working knowledge in analysis or user research in B2B applications preferred
