    Description:

    The Sales and Service Advisor plays a vital role in driving customer satisfaction to new heights at Overseas Service Haus. With a strong interest in the automotive industry and a passion for exceptional customer service, this position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a process-driven environment.

    As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be responsible for selling and promoting all products and services offered by Overseas Service Haus while following the company's store standards and expectations. This includes greeting customers professionally, thoroughly documenting their concerns, and recommending services according to their needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
    • Listen to and document customer's concerns, inspect vehicle, and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer's service needs
    • Recommend services based on knowledge and communicate additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician to the customer
    • Promote sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating an understanding of the product and associated service requirements
    • Provide accurate quotes, updates, and follow up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred but not required
    • Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment
    • Possess valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire date
    • Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays

    Compensation and Benefits:

    $45,000/Yr to $60,000/Yr salary range

    Closed Sundays
