Position: Project Manager/Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee commercial drywall construction projects with precision and efficiency
• Prepare accurate project estimates and ensure timely submission
• Foster clear communication channels with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints

Essential Job Functions:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial drywall construction
• Proficiency in metal stud framing and acoustical ceilings installation
• Familiarity with EDGE or Quickbid software

Skills:

• Exhibit strong project management prowess
• Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Display meticulous attention to detail and organizational aptitude
