- Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings, boost paid search performance, and drive targeted traffic to our website.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaign and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and paid search, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate and collaborate with the marketing team, web developers, customer service, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO and SEM best practices are integrated into all aspects of our online presence.
- Perform ongoing technical SEO and SEM audits and recommend and implement fixes to improve site architecture, page speed, content, and user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven success in SEO and SEM, with a focus on both organic and paid search.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO and SEM tools.
- Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns and budgets, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong Portfolio of Previous Work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Google Ads certification and/or other relevant certifications are a plus.

We are seeking an experienced SEO & SEM Specialist to join our team.
