    This position requires availability for a shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with holidays observed from Monday to Friday and the need to work every other weekend.

    Job Description
    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care within the Trinity Health system. The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

    Responsibilities

    Participate in patient assessments and care planning

    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

    Monitor patient progress and report any changes

    Provide compassionate support to patients and their families

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation

    Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

    Valid professional license/certification as required by the role

    Completion of required health screenings and background checks
