    Springfield, MA - PMHNP - O/P - F/T - Adults - $156K/yr + Fed Loan Repay
    -30 Mins N of Hartford, CT + 1 hour W of Worcester, MA

    • Non-Profit CMHC treat underserved patients
    • All Adult patients see avg 15 patients/day
    • Hybrid work schedule 3 days in office balance via tele health


    • Work Monday
    • Work Monday Friday 4(10's) or 5(8's) option
    • General MH patients (50%) + Dual Diagnosis,/addictions/MAT patients (50%)
    • Suboxone license required experience prescribing Suboxone a plus
    -60 min evaluations and 20 minute med management (40 mins for complicated follow ups)
    -85% of work day is clinical - 15% is administrative

    • Join a team of 2 PMHNP's, 2 PA's and Psychiatrist (Med Director)
