Crisis Center Supervisor for the DASH (Diagnostic, Assessment, and Stabilization Hub) Crisis Center.
The Crisis Center Supervisor will assist the Clinical Director by providing clinical and administrative support, overseeing staff, and handling operational responsibilities for the program.

The Crisis Center Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative oversight to the staff of the crisis stabilization program, crisis hotline and mobile response team so that each can attain program and agency goals.
Oversee staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and conducting supervisions and performance appraisals.Ensure programmatic compliance with related regulations and agency policies.
The Crisis Center Supervisor will provide training for all program staff on agency policy, use of the EMR, clinical response, de-escalation, and crisis intervention.
Ensure the health and safety of staff and clients during emergencies.The Crisis Center Supervisor will maintain relationships with local law enforcement, emergency management, hospital systems and other key stakeholders.
Coordinate with IT staff regarding the use of technology tools and computer applications.
Utilize data and other reports to monitor program outcomes, follow up with staff and to inform decisions.
Master's Degree in a related field required.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records required.
Evening, weekend hours, and rotating weekend on call coverage required.
