- Play a key role in the Rinvoq/ Skyrizi consolidation process for forecasting by providing necessary analysis and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collaborate in the preparation of templates/ schedules for Plan and LRP.
- Prepare weekly sellout reports for the leadership team.
- Prepare Weekly Unit Graph updates for Plan, LBEs, and LRP.
- Main liaison with COE, Immunology Center team, and DHQ for data submissions related to month-end close, Plan, LBEs, and LRP.
- Responsible for providing Rinvoq/ Skyrizi forecast for MABI KPI Trackers.
- Responsible for providing the SG&A Team, units, and sales data.
- Partner with Pricing for planning cycle volume submissions and ASP recycles.
- Support planning cycle book preparation and tie-out process.
- Leads ADS/ forecasting reconciliation and data submission to Operations.
- Champion for Forecasting Model tool implementations such as SPARTA" or Power BI Dashboards.
- BS/BA in Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, or Accounting.
- A minimum of 2 years of combined finance experience in analytics, forecasting, and/or financial planning and analysis is required.
- Must have strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with agility to prioritize and meet deadlines in an accurate and timely manner.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required; financial modeling/ forecasting skills are preferred.
- Self-starter, Demonstrated capability of handling multiple project assignments simultaneously.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.

The Immunology Sales Forecasting Analyst will support the sales forecast analytical process for RINVOQ/ SKYRIZI and the Total consolidation process. The position is responsible for assisting the organization's leader in reporting/consolidating accurate/timely projections of commercial product volumes for all Plan, Update, LBEs, LRP, and Actual submissions. The individual will build business acumen across all indications impacting Rinvoq/ Skyrizi through close communication across a variety of cross-functional partners including Immunology Center and US DHQ.
