    This is the roleThe EHS Libryo Engineering Delivery Manager is responsible for the following:
    Plan, coordinate and supervise engineering projects and supervise multiple teamsBuild and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplinesFormulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managersDetermining the need for training and talent developmentDevelop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering department across all teamsHiring, recruiting and training of engineering talentOversee the development and maintenance of engineering team competenceDevelop evaluation criteria that will serve to measure progress and effectiveness of departmental operationsProvide performance ratings and reviews for team membersReview department objectives for adequacy and consistency with business objectivesMonthly reporting of departmental metricsDrive continuous improvement of processes, quality and cost to maintain profitability and competitivenessDefine, manage, measure and report relevant Key Performance IndicatorsDefine workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectivenessIdentify resource needs and develop justificationCoach and develop members of the engineering team

    RequirementsRequirements for the role include:
