Contract Sales Call Center Agent - Work from Home Opportunity

PeopleShare has an exciting seasonal opportunity for a Sales Call Center Agent to join our remote call center team in Pennsylvania

Job Details:

• Schedule: Must have open availability (Mon-Sun) from 8:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, with different shifts assigned.
• Training: Paid training for the first 4 weeks, followed by on-the-job training in the 5th week.
• Contract Position: July- December.2024 -Possibility to stay Permanent
• Fully Remote: This is a fully remote sales and customer service position, handling inbound and outbound calls (warm leads only, no cold-calling).
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• Equipment Provided: We provide the necessary equipment for you to perform your duties effectively.

Ideal Candidate:

• Patient & Empathetic: Ability to provide high-quality customer service.
• Sales Oriented: Experience in sales, with a focus on educating customers about products.
• Great Active Listening Skills: Ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete sales and enrollments for healthcare and life insurance policies.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with warm leads, no cold-calling.
• Identify new opportunities to increase product sales.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 1+ years of customer service/call center and sales experience.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Hardwired internet connection with 10MBPS download speed/6MBPS upload speed.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania for state licensing.
• Must reside in Bucks County (Bensalem, Levittown, Yardley, Feasterville, Horsham, Fairless Hills, Newtown, New Hope, Morrisville) or within the city limits of Philadelphia.
