Position Overview: As the Senior Enterprise Architecture, you play a critical role in shaping our customer's technology landscape. Your task involves drafting and executing enterprise-wide architectural strategies and frameworks that utilize Azure cloud technologies, Salesforce, and modern application and infrastructure practices to promote innovation, enhance business agility, and deliver exceptional value to our clients. This leadership position demands strategic thinking, technical prowess, and a strong commitment to achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Roadmapping: Develop and implement enterprise-wide architectural strategies and roadmaps in line with business objectives, leveraging Azure cloud technologies, Salesforce, and modern application and infrastructure practices to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Azure Cloud Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security while maximizing value and minimizing risk.
• Salesforce Architecture and Integration: Define and implement Salesforce architecture and integration strategies to support business processes and enhance customer experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mobile and Omni Channel Strategy: Develop and implement mobile and omnichannel strategies to provide seamless and personalized customer experiences across multiple channels, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Application Modernization: Lead the modernization of legacy applications and systems, including the selection of modern technologies and development methodologies to improve agility, scalability, and maintainability.
• Infrastructure Modernization: Drive the modernization of infrastructure and data center environments, including migration to cloud-based architectures and adoption of DevOps practices to enhance efficiency and agility.
• Technology Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce technology governance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectural requirements and drive consensus on decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of architects and technical leads to foster professional growth and build a high-performing architecture team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT architecture, or related roles, focusing on Azure cloud technologies, Salesforce, mobile and omnichannel strategy, application modernization, and infrastructure modernization.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices, with hands-on experience in architecting complex solutions in Azure cloud environments and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams, drive results, and deliver value to clients.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, build relationships, and influence decision-making.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide architecture initiatives and driving digital transformation.
