A Major Restoration Company is seeking technicians (helpers) and experienced Crew Chiefs (Supervisors). Who specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke, or water damage situation. We also specialize in post-construction, carpets, upholstery cleanup.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 40 hours/week+, flexible to work overtime when required. Vary between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
• Explain the process and answer customer questions, as needed.
• Monitor, communicate and respond to customer needs/concerns.
• Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
