Job Description

Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will assist the citrus sales & marketing departments in the coordination of account-specific, shopper and multi-channel marketing programs, sales presentations, and trade events.

This is an ideal position for a creative, hands-on, organized and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Here's what you'll do:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare for, coordinate, and attend trade events, trade shows and sales meetings, as well as assist with event set-up, event management, and logistics

Assist in the development of all selling materials to support the trade including sell sheets, point of sale, packaging design, premiums, etc.

Handle administrative tasks in support of marketing group – invoice submission, ordering product samples, execute legal requests, coordination of travel
Customer business review preparation including research for presentations, sales data compilation
Support with requests for research and sales data downloads
Support daily reporting to sales team and other stakeholders
Coordinate packaging development status, label review and internal/external vendor relationships
Coordinate sales/marketing-related meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Plan and organize plant tours for various stakeholders, including customers, growers, etc.
Order and keep inventory of company-branded promotional items
Position will be onsite at our Delano, CA location
Qualifications

Here's what you'll bring to the table:
BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Agricultural Business or related field and 2 years' experience in large business/ corporate environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Remarkable attention to detail and proven track record of managing multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe, etc.
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Experience with sales data platforms, such as IRI/Circana and Numerator preferred

Pay Range:
$68,000 - $73,000, and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
