    Job Overview

    The FatFace Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager - Key Holder to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the store's operations, ensuring excellent customer service standards, and driving sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Commercial Management
      • Manage KPIs set by the store manager to maximize profitability through the retail plan.
      • Drive sales growth while maintaining cost controls and crew productivity.
    • Leadership and Team Development
      • Assist in the development of the crew to reach their full potential.
      • Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.
    • Operational Excellence
      • Proactively manage the performance of yourself and your team across all business KPIs.
      • Ensure that the store is working to budget through effective scheduling, cost controls, and crew productivity.
    • Brand Ambassadorship
      • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the FatFace brand and culture to customers.
      • Deliver excellent customer service standards, keeping the customer at the heart of all decisions.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Previous experience at retail management level within a recognized brand.
    • Demonstrable experience of working with KPIs and sales and performance targets.
    • Experience of leading, coaching, and managing teams, including recruitment, training, development, and performance/disciplinary management.
    • Management level experience of operational, stock, IT, and cash management systems.
    • Excellent communication skills, influencing, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    Benefits
