    As An Entry-Level Management Trainee, You Will:

    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
    • Form and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize sales
    • Generate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and telecommunications clients
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our sales solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Communicate progress openly of monthly/quarterly initiatives to enhance sales
    • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

    Entry-Level Management Trainee Requirements:

    • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent active listening skills
    • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
    • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
    • Extensive, accurate product knowledge
    • Prior sales or business management experience wanted
