    Clayton Services is searching for a Technology Support Specialist to join a thriving company in Spring, Texas. The Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for providing IT support to the company.

    Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

    Pay Rate: $21.00-$26.00/hour

    Technology Support Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to users with hardware and software-related issues
    • Maintain computers, printers, and mobile equipment
    • Maintain ticketing system documentation
    • Maintain inventory of parts and equipment
    • Maintain and update the website as needed
    • Perform work on-site and in vehicles
    • After-hours technical support as needed
    • Coordinate technical support as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    Technology Support Specialist Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Knowledge of computer hardware (Dell, Client, Lenovo)
    • Knowledge of mobile device hardware and software (Apple iOS)
    • Knowledge of basic web design in WordPress
    • Microsoft 365 proficiency
    • Basic knowledge of networking hardware and concepts
    • Knowledge of computer repair and troubleshooting
    • Excellent troubleshooting ability
    • Ability to successfully work in a professional environment
    • Knowledge of radio systems (Client or Kenwood) and in-vehicle computing is a plus

    Technology Support Specialist Education and Experience:

    • 2+ years of college experience or relevant IT-related experience
    • IT-related certifications is a plus - Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare
