- Provide technical support to users with hardware and software-related issues
- Maintain computers, printers, and mobile equipment
- Maintain ticketing system documentation
- Maintain inventory of parts and equipment
- Maintain and update the website as needed
- Perform work on-site and in vehicles
- After-hours technical support as needed
- Coordinate technical support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware (Dell, Client, Lenovo)
- Knowledge of mobile device hardware and software (Apple iOS)
- Knowledge of basic web design in WordPress
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Basic knowledge of networking hardware and concepts
- Knowledge of computer repair and troubleshooting
- Excellent troubleshooting ability
- Ability to successfully work in a professional environment
- Knowledge of radio systems (Client or Kenwood) and in-vehicle computing is a plus
- 2+ years of college experience or relevant IT-related experience
- IT-related certifications is a plus - Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare
