    Patient Intake Coordinator Role

    We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Intake Coordinator to support our patients in understanding the benefits of medication, TMS, and Ketamine treatment options. As a Patient Intake Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maximizing patient care and healing by supporting our patients and allowing our providers to focus on diagnosis and treatment.

    **Key Responsibilities:**
    • Provide exceptional patient care through empathy and understanding.
    • Gather, review, and verify all pertinent patient information.
    • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers regarding patient care.
    • Educate patients on treatment options available at Serenity.

    **Requirements:**
    • 2+ years of full-time customer service experience
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Previous experience working with computer-based information systems
    • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


    The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
