    The Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years of IT sales experience including strong experience selling staffing services directly to end-clients.

    We are seeking highly motivated sales professional with established tenure in the industry at various experience levels.

    GROM operates with a remote sales team, so candidates should be well experienced working remotely and possess the self-motivation to effectively manage their desk.

    Role is remote, but candidate should be located around the New Jersey area for targeted accounts.

    A background in staff augmentation is required. The position is for sales professionals possessing skills in hunting and farming accounts.

    Account Executives should enjoy driving net-new business from prospect to qualification to close and take pride in the end-end management of their clients.

    The Account Executives will be responsible for the ongoing management of accounts that they successfully open.
