- Conduct screenings and assessments to assist in identifying speech and language disorders
- Implement therapy plans developed by licensed Speech Language Pathologists
- Provide direct therapy services to individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
- Certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in North Carolina
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
