    Description
    Our client specializes in software tailored for mechanic shops, offering a comprehensive solution for estimates, parts orders, invoices, payments, and more. With a new product replacing the old one, we are seeking Conversion Upsell Specialists to persuade existing clients to transition. The role entails guiding customers through the migration process.

    salary: $26 - $28.95 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities
    • Conduct a minimum of 40 calls per day to existing clients, persuading them to convert to the new software.
    • Achieve a target of 10 customer migrations per month.
    • Provide exceptional sales and customer service throughout the conversion process.
    • Utilize Salesforce extensively for tracking and managing client interactions.
    • Navigate a 5-9 phone system efficiently. Qualifications:
      • Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to effectively sell products or services, preferably in a B2B environment.
      • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
      • Cold Calling Proficiency: Comfortable initiating calls to existing clients, with the ability to handle objections and drive conversions.
      • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software concepts is beneficial but not mandatory.
      • Adaptability: Capable of adapting to changing situations and overcoming objections during client interactions.
      • Organization: Ability to manage multiple client conversations and tasks simultaneously.
      • Remote Work Experience: Prior experience working remotely with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
