This is NOT a Call Center position.

In this role, you will ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner, and that our customer service standards are met every day.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong professional background in customer interactions, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service and execution.

The ability to manage multiple customer accounts and to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently is essential.

SAP knowledge (Recommended).
Contract Reviews.
Develop creative solutions to customer problems.
Maintain customer service principles and practices.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer service issues.
Strong computer skills Experience with SAP.
Strong Attention to detail, accuracy with data entry, and an aptitude for organization.
Prior experience working in materials or customer service role.
Highly proficient in MS Office 365 products (Word, OneNote, Access, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
