- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing assigned areas like classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and offices.
- Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Keep outdoor spaces such as playgrounds and parking lots clean and tidy.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
- Promptly report any maintenance concerns or safety risks to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of school events or activities when needed.
- Demonstrate consistent and punctual attendance.
- Be adaptable to varying job tasks and schedules.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Prior experience in cleaning is preferred.
- Commitment to staying for the entire duration of the shift.
- Capable of working independently and efficiently.
- Willingness to undergo a fingerprint background check (applicant responsible for $39.75 fee).
