- Define and document business requirements and processes
- Write functional design specifications
- Develop and lead the team through prototyping of solutions

- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience creating system requirements, working with packaged ERP or Warehouse Management System applications
- Working knowledge of Windows Servers
- Proficiency with SQL query or query tools
- Working knowledge of Relational Database Management System concepts
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working on digital transformation projects
- Lean or Agile experience
- Microsoft Power Apps knowledge
