    Are you a data wizard with a knack for risk adjustment and a sharp business acumen? We're looking for a proactive innovator who thrives under minimal supervision and enjoys collaboration across diverse teams.

    We're seeking an experienced Data Engineer or Business Intelligence Developer to support data infrastructure by transforming raw data that leads to actionable insights by building robust data pipelines and optimizing performance.

    The ideal candidate is skilled engineer with experience creating data products supporting analytics solutions and possessing strong problem-solving skills to work on complex data problems.

    This role will actively participate in communication with data consumers to improve performance of processes connecting to data.

    Desired Domain Knowledge in:

  • Healthcare: Understand health plan operations, risk adjustment models, and coding systems ( ICD-10)
  • Risk Adjustment: Understand the intricacies of risk adjustment in healthcare

    • Essential Functions & Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Cloud/Snowflake/dbt
  • Data Integration and Transformation including development of data pipelines to collect and process healthcare data from various sources
  • Develops, tests and deploys ELT/ETL processes
  • Risk Adjustment Algorithms and Models
  • Data Warehousing and Architecture including data modeling
  • SQL Coding and Scripting
  • Strong Collaboration and Communication
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Data Governance including attention to data quality & accuracy
