    Job Description

    Job DescriptionBasin Precision Machining is a CNC establishment with a state-of-the-art fleet of Mazaks with pallet tech technology that can run and store 120 pallets across six linked Mazak horizontals. We supply hydraulic manifolds for many big companies. Candidate requires hands-on CNC experience.

    You will directly supervise employees in the Production Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
    Work Hours:
    Monday through Thursday 4pm-2:30am
    Oversee approximately 10 employee team
    Bilingual a PLUS
    Pay commensurate with experience running CNC machines and supervising a team of operators.
    • Communicate changes effectively.
    • Delegates work assignments; Matches responsibility to the person; Gives authority to work independently; Sets expectations and monitors delegated activities; Provides recognition for results.
    • Takes responsibility for subordinates' activities; Makes self available to staff; Improves processes, products and services; Continually works to improve supervisory skills.
    Work Status: Must be a permanent United States resident (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder)
