We're seeking a Business Analyst who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that's always pushing boundaries.
Objectives of this role:
Drive cross-functional awareness of requirements and identify inefficiencies in systems processes using data and trend analysis.
Lead strategic thinking on technical business processes, developing systems prototypes to enhance efficiency and productivity across multiple levels.
Develop and execute precise project management plans with a focus on transparent communication at all stages.
Ensure thorough quality assurance throughout systems development lifecycle.
Define and refine user requirements for IVR systems to maximize usability and enhanced self-service opportunities.
Limit call attrition to attain containment in IVR.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units (e.g., Credit, Debit, Govt LOBs) to conduct analyses and produce documentation, fostering effective communication.
Monitor and research postproduction deployments, prove to stakeholders that the implemented solution works.
Author and maintain internal and external documentation, including formal delivery of requirements.
Perform systems analytics to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.
Cultivate strong relationships with partners for seamless systems integration, addressing inquiries and issues from managers, business users and SMEs with well-researched recommendations.
Required skills and qualifications:
Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development.
Proficiency in SQL and Splunk.
Extensive experience with Atlassian tools – JIRA and Confluence.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Visio.
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record.
Experience in creating process documentation and reports.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology or computer science.
Demonstrated project management and user testing abilities.
Experience in Genesis CX and data visualization tools like Power BI.
Working knowledge of GitLab and CI-CD Pipeline.
Working knowledge of AI/ML tools and LLM classifications.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.
