    Position: Business Analyst/Manager

    Location: Chicago or Wisconsin (mainly remote, but may be required to come on-site to Brookfield, WI or Chicago, IL occasionally)

    Max PR: $57.96/hr

    Duration: 1+ year contract, possibility of extension or conversion to FTE

    Shift: 9-5pm CT

    Interview process: two rounds – Virtual MS Teams Interview

    Musts:

    Between 4 - 6 years of project management experience

    Experience with business analysis

    Experience working in the banking or real estate industry – base understanding of retail banking/real estate transactions

    Strong communication, presentation and project management skills

    Strong collaborator with analytical and problem-solving skills for data driven decision making

    Base understanding of retail banking/real estate transactions, project management an asset

    Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint

    Comfortable working remotely

    Self-motivated and takes initiative with problem resolutions

    Ability to work and communication effectively with internal/external stakeholders

    College Degree

    Responsibilities:

    Looking for a proactive and independent Business Manager, who will collaborate with Retail, Corporate Real Estate (CRE), and Channels management on branch network opportunities, conduct research and analysis, and build solutions to create an effective and profitable branch distribution network. Work across BMO to deliver specific project/program business results in alignment with overall group goals. Engage with leadership and business partners to support the development, management, and implementation of the network wide roadmap projects from business case development through execution.

    • Network and collaborate with leaders in Retail, CRE and other lines of business to provide a comprehensive project analysis for all branch projects (denovo, relocation, renovation, refresh and closures)
    • Build effective relationships with internal/external partners and stakeholders.
    • Branch Investment Opportunities
    • Evaluate and present branch investment opportunities to Channels and CRE leadership for de novo and relocation projects.
    • Build/design input and data collection for project analysis
    • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct research/data analysis/implementation for branch network-based projects.
    • Assist in the development of project analysis and related business cases for branch network projects.
    • Project Management and Roadmap Development
    • Play a role in developing, maintaining, and executing the multi-year US branch network roadmap.
    • Identify emerging trends to inform decision-making.
    • Implementation and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Participate in the implementation of initiatives within group and across BMO by partnering with various internal & external stakeholders as required; complexity of initiatives may vary and usually involve multiple stakeholders across the enterprise.
    • Conducts analysis required to inform recommendations and considers the "big picture" when assessing whether a course of action is advisable in terms of the group and enterprise goals.
    • Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to provide business context in the design, develop and implementation of programs & solutions.
    • Project Tracking and Issue Resolution
    • Monitors and tracks project performance, research deviations from plan or projections.
    • Identifies enablers and key issues prior to and during implementation, raises issues with stakeholders and offers solutions to resolve issues or risks that jeopardize delivery.
