    We are actively looking to hire talented licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

    in Virginia, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.


    We offer licensed therapists:
    Sign-on bonus

    Annual cash bonus up to $8,000 Full-time W-2 positions

    On-site & hybrid positions, offering both In-person & remote flexibility (minimum 3 days in-office) Collegial environment with a multidisciplinary team.

    Annual income potential:
    $85,000 to $103,000+ Licensed therapists are a critical part of our clinical team


    We're seeking:
    Therapists independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT.
