Position Summary
The Counseling & Counselor Education program at Westminster seeks a student to serve as the program Grant & Research Assistant to work directly with the CCE Clinical Director and CCE Chair and faculty. The position calls for an organized, communicative individual who can assist with research, outreach, data collection, and other organizational tasks for an upcoming federal grant application.
Required Qualifications
Current Westminster student with at least one semester left until graduation. Interest in behavioral health, research, and an understanding of mental health agencies. Positive and enthusiastic approach to interacting with community partners and willingness to complete cold calling to potential partners. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work accurately and to problem solve for efficiency. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with relevant computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Teams.
