Do you have a passion for customer service and a high level of technical ability? We're seeking a Field Service Representative for our Grand Rapids, MI market. If you possess:

• Excellent customer service skills, superior organizational skills, and a self-starter mentality
• High level of technical ability
• Previous technical service and/or automotive service background preferred
