    Shift: Evening Shift, Monday through Thursday, 2 PM to 10 PM

    Job Duties:

    1. Assure residents are cared for mentally, spiritually and in health.
    2. Ensure residents are safe and free from pain or abuse and treated with dignity and respect.

    Requirements:

    • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed.
    • Minimum of one (1) year of progressive experience in and assisted living or skilled care community or related experience.
    • Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.

    Compensation: Salary will be based upon experience, certifications, skills, and education. Estimated salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
