GoodVets is a leading veterinary management organization looking to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst.

Our hospitals are a premier destination for high-quality, full-service healthcare for pets and we are growing rapidly in multiple national markets.

We have over 30 locations today and will have over 50 locations by the end of 2024.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a critical role in GoodVets's data-driven approach. This individual will own reporting across the organization, including transforming data and managing datasets and building visualizations and dashboards.

This individual will work with department leaders to understand and execute on reporting requirements to support actionable and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

The

Impact You Will Have Every Day:
Design, develop and automate reports, dashboards and visualizations using DOMO
Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand business requirements and deliver reporting that meets stakeholder requirements
Maintain data integrity across all datasets and ensure accuracy across all reporting
Enhance existing reporting

What We Look For:
Bachelor's degree in Business

, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science,

Information Systems

or a related field

• years of experience as a

onsultant

,

BI Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role

with a strong background in data analysis and visualization
Experience with BI

platforms

such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker

or DOMO,

including

data integration into the platforms,

report/dashboard development

and

data

visualization
Proficiency in SQL and database management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable

insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the

organization
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, quality

and

actionability
Excellent project management and organizational skills with a

bility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment
