Job summary
The project manager for performance excellence will support a portfolio of process improvement program development and patient and family centered care initiatives for Children's hospital.
This position will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and lead cross-functional projects. Manage multiple projects throughout their life cycle round conduct observations as needed for continuous improvement initiatives lead participate in core meetings coordinate and conduct data analyses from Vizient Press Ganey Tableau EMR and other data sources provides technical support to performance improvement teams on the use of lean tools coaching and data analysis serves as a resource for education training regarding internal process improvement family/patient experience develops project approaches prepares detailed work plans coordinates supervises the work of process improvement teams prepares gives presentations to various levels of staff management senior leadership etc at the organization utilizes lean or other methodologies to analyze organizational systems processes make recommendations operational improvements coordinate implementation changes.
