Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for working in tandem with the Outside Sales team to schedule their critical appointments to close business. This position requires making outbound calls a day, conducting light research to locate the decision maker, and doing follow-up calls as needed to further the customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, generate and process new sales opportunities and qualified appointments through outbound calling & lead follow-up
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
• Work with prospects to develop an understanding of their needs and how we can address them
• Effectively communicate and present value proposition to customers while managing prospect expectations
• Follow-up, closing and surveying customers and potential customers
• Obtain names, telephone numbers, email address and any other pertinent information as required.
• Timely and accurate data input of lead and appointment information.
• Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate
• Provide consistent, concise, accurate and timely recurring lead generation activity reports
Desired Qualifications:
• Comfortable performing 80+ cold calls per day while utilizing technology, including the ability to use Microsoft office and CRM software
• Inside Sales and Business Development experience a plus
• Outbound business-to-business (B2B), appointment setting experience a plus
