- Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings, including wiring, lighting, and electrical components.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine wiring layouts and installation procedures.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing effective and efficient solutions.
- Fixture Installation: Install and maintain lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and other electrical devices.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure the integrity and functionality of electrical systems.
- Upgrades and Modifications: Perform upgrades and modifications to existing electrical systems to meet changing project requirements. Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician.
- License: Valid electrician's license issued by the state of Missouri.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of commercial electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments. Compensation:
- Hourly pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
