    Precision Security Team is a veteran owned and operated company in the northern Colorado area. We service areas from Denver, CO to Cheyenne, WY.     As an Mobile Patrol Security Officer with Precision Security Team, you will assist with all security-related concerns and other requests as needed to ensure a safe environment for the public at your assigned site. Every Security Officer at Precision Security Team owns the client's experience and their bottom line. It is of the utmost importance to uphold Precision Security Team's professional image to the client, the public, and law enforcement at all times. It is imperative that you practice and demonstrate Precision Security Team's core values and code of conduct everyday.

    The hours for the position would be 40 hours of one of the following schedules.:

    • 4:00 pm- 12:00 am
    • 7:00 pm-3:00 am
    • 8:00 pm-4:00 am
    • 12:00 am-8:00 am

    Exact days and hours would be determined at/after the interview, depending on the need at that time. Please don't apply if this time range does not work for your availability.

    Duties and Responsibilities: The following are duties you may perform at your site. Duties include but are not limited to:

    • interacting with clients, patrons, guests, partners, coworkers, and the public
    • maintaining situational awareness at all times
    • conducting foot patrols
    • conducting mobile patrols
    • responding to alarm calls
    • denying access to unauthorized personnel
    • securing sites and preventing vandalism and theft
    • scanning QR codes/NFC tags around your site
    • assisting with emergencies and building evacuations
    • utilizing reporting systems and contacting appropriate parties for site situations
    • issuing, maintaining, and facilitating badge access for your site
    • maintaining confidentiality of all activities within your site
    • utilizing verbal judo to de-escalate situations
    • utilizing minimal use of force unless the individual poses an imminent physical danger to themselves, someone else, or you
    • maintaining a professional and conservative demeanor at all times
    • following SOPs at assigned site
    • following, communicating, and enforcing local laws and regulations
    • prepared to assist first responders in the event of a crisis or emergency

    Precision Security Team or the client can assign other duties to you as necessary at any time.

    Pay: Pay rate ranges from $20.00-$21.50/hour.

    This is a W2 position. Employees who work 30 or more hours a week are eligible for health benefits.

    Colorado is an at-will employment state.

    Requirements:

    Requirements:

    Your application will be automatically rejected if you are not 21 years of age or older, do not have a high school diploma or GED, and/or do not have previous firearm experience.

    • 21 years of age or older
    • high school diploma or GED
    • pass required background check
    • eligible to legally use a firearm
    • previous firearm experience
    • valid driver's license
    • clean driving record
    • able to work the posted hours without modification

    Physical Requirements:

    • able to train and become certified to use an approved firearm
    • ability to use/maintain/operate/manipulate firearm, handcuffs, and other issued gear
    • able to stand for up to eight hours at a time
    • able to pass company basic hand-to-hand course
    • able to walk up and down stairs frequently throughout your shift
    • able to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted
    • able to wear issued gear belt for the entire duration of your assigned shift
