- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Assist customers with order placement and changes.
- Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and provide billing-related assistance.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report it to Leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate our rental fleet operators.
- Resolve any issues involving our rental fleet operators.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the fleet operations team to implement changes.
- Coordinate with businesses for receiving cars.
- Coordinate with VIP clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and solve customer issues effectively.
- Willingness to collaborate and assist with various operational tasks.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and assist with quality control.
- Proficient in using various software applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or operations experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
