- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the user through the problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up and update user status and information
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to the appropriate internal team
- Identify and suggest improvements to our processes and procedures
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, Microsoft products, and multi-location remote client support
- Good understanding of current industry network and security best practices, computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Proficiency in telephony solutions, VOIP, hybrid video conference solutions, and hybrid collaboration solutions
- Help us understand and develop longer-term, further-down-range competitive business objectives based on industry direction
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and cool-tempered
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive technologist work experience
