    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to join our growing team.

    In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of healthcare data, combined with advanced analytical techniques, to uncover hidden trends and generate actionable insights that propel our organization forward.


    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • Monitor the accuracy, completeness, and validity of data prior to distribution and ensure the integrity of data through ongoing analysis.
    • Maintain business intelligence methods, databases, dashboards, tools, and other analytics systems.
    • Create and maintain documentation of knowledge assets, such as data mapping, data flows, dashboard content, and data dictionaries.
    • Perform ad hoc analysis using data from different sources (source systems, data warehouse, external websites, etc.).
    • Modify and enhance existing report queries to meet evolving business needs.
    • Proactively continue self-development and stay current with industry standards for report design and development, relevant health care issues, and other industry initiatives relevant to our business.
    Qualifications


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5 years of client reporting experience required. A degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health can substitute for 2 years of professional experience.
    • Working knowledge of relational databases and database structures including proficiency developing, testing, and executing advanced SQL queries. Minimum of 3 years working with SQL Server and SSRS.
    • Background in statistical analysis and experience working with clinical healthcare data. Experience working with medical, or prescription drug claims strongly preferred.
    • Prior experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query strongly preferred.
    • Ability to understand the broad objectives while paying strong attention to detail.
    • Advanced level proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with competing priorities.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, especially related to healthcare operation.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and build solutions based on minimal technical requirements.
    • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to explain complex analytical and statistical techniques to a wider audience.
    Salary Range $80k-$90k
