    S3 Inc. is looking for a Missile Software Engineer/Analyst to support our programs on Redstone Arsenal, AL.

    Description:


    The Missile Software Engineer will support the Software Missile Branch of the Software Division of the Engineering Directorate, Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office.


    Responsibilities:

    • Support the acquisition of missile tactical software development, testing and the deployment/fielding of software versions.
    • Review of software documentation, software development processes and systems processes.
    • Use of Microsoft Project in the assessment of developed software schedules.
    • Manage software requirements, support integration testing with STORM launchers, and apply risk management tools to assess development and performance risks.
    • Support budget analysis in cost determinations for tactical software projects.
    • Travel at 10% or less.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors' Degree and 20 years of experience or a Masters' Degree and 18 years of experience.
    • 2 years of experience in Software Development for tactical systems or commercial products.
    • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Project.
    • 2 years of experience in support to development of budgets/cost estimates for software projects?
    • 1 year of experience with software requirements management tools.
    • Familiar with Agile software development processes.
    • Must have Secret Clearance.
