    Product Marketing Manager (PMM)

    Job Summary:


    MPS is seeking a self-motivated individual who will help to drive our new product execution, solution marketing, and business strategy for our high power/isolated products. This individual will work closely with Field & Factory Application Engineers, sales teams, and customers, including Tier 1 and OEMs, who are primarily located in the Detroit, Michigan area. This role includes strategic involvement with product line roadmap planning, product definition, solution promotion and positioning to drive new business opportunities and design-in/design win activity management. It also includes performing market and competitive analysis, pricing strategy, opportunity projections, and forecasting.


    Essential Functions:

    • Customer interaction/visits

    • Driving and strategizing new business opportunities
    • Work with sales and PL teams to close design-ins/wins
    • Market/Competitive analysis
    • Pricing
    • Opportunity projection
    • Forecasting
    • Troubleshooting issues and problems
    • Q & A from the field and customers


    Qualifications:

    • Background in isolated IC power products (isolated gate drivers, digital signal isolator, and isolated power),
    • Background in IC solution selling for EVs/HEV Applications, including on-board chargers and DCDC converters
    • HEV/EV Systems applications and automotive OEM/Tier 1 relationship experience is a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, start-up environment.
    • BSEE or equivalent required
